General Automotive Technician

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your Daily Impact:

• Quality Control & Care: You'll make sure every vehicle that leaves our shop is not only repaired but is in better condition than when it arrived, with a thorough inspection and a mini-clean.
• Team Support: Help keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked. From maintaining a tidy workspace to ensuring the grounds are clear, your efforts help create a safe and efficient work environment.

Variety in Your Day:

• Hands-On Work: You’ll gain experience performing basic vehicle services and repairs like tire changes, oil changes, and other essential tasks.
• Shuttle & Parts Support: Drive our company van to pick up parts or shuttle customers as needed—keeping things moving while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Rental Car Fleet Support: Help us keep our rental car fleet ready for customers—ensuring each vehicle is clean, stocked, and in perfect condition.

What We’re Looking for:

We want someone who’s ready to dive in and become part of a team that values hard work, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to quality. Here’s what we need from you:

• Basic Auto Knowledge: You don’t need to be a master mechanic, but some basic knowledge of cars and auto repair will help you get started. We’ll help you build on that foundation.
• Drive & Motivation: A valid U.S. Driver's License is required, and you'll need the ability to drive a company van (with passengers). A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key!
• Physical Ability: This job will require you to perform physical tasks—lifting up to 50 lbs, sweeping, and operating machinery. Being able to move and work efficiently in the shop is important.
• Customer Service: You’ll interact with customers from time to time, so being friendly, professional, and customer-focused is a must.
• Team Spirit: You’ll be working alongside a team, so being a team player and contributing to the overall success of the shop is crucial.
