- Assist Service Manager in overseeing service department operations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and timelines
- Open and close repair orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate technician assignments and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor quality of work performed and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Knowledge of used cars
