Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable vehicle options
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records of sales activities
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer value and increase dealership revenue
- Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, including post-sale follow-up
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients both in person and via phone or email
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving dealership performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and bilingual capabilities (English plus additional language) preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, and retail math principles
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
