We are expanding and looking for a Bilingual Insurance Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our team. This is an opportunity for professionals who want to accelerate their careers in the automotive insurance industry and work with clients who value excellence.

Your Role

As a Bilingual Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive fast, accurate, and reliable insurance solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and competitive auto insurance quotes in under 5 minutes.
  • Manage inbound leads and referrals with urgency and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain trust with executives, entrepreneurs, and high-value clients.
  • Present tailored insurance solutions that align with client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including daily quotes and conversion rates.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience in sales, insurance, or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
