We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Auto Republic. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations. Located in Fullerton California, this position plays a vital part in enhancing our customer experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with office management tasks, including DMV registrations/filings, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Support financial processes using QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Basic knowledge of DMV paperwork and filing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual (english/spanish) is a bonus, but not required.
