About the Role
We are a growing, Florida-based vehicle fleet repair and maintenance company seeking experienced Automotive and Diesel Mechanics to join our team. In this mobile, field-based role, you will be dispatched directly to our clients' sites in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area to keep their commercial fleets running smoothly.

What You Will Do
- Mobile Diagnostics & Repair: Travel to client sites within the Fort Myers area to perform on-site mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Heavy Diesel & Auto Maintenance: Execute high-quality repairs and routine preventative maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, etc.) on a variety of fleet vehicles, with a heavy focus on Hino and Isuzu box trucks.
- Quality Assurance: Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure all issues are fully resolved and the vehicle is safe for commercial operation.
- Shop Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with the Shop Foreman regarding job status, parts needed, and timeline estimates.
- Record Keeping: Log accurate and detailed repair records for all services performed.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
- Experience: 5 years of proven professional experience in automotive repair, mechanical diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven diesel repair experience is highly preferred (specifically with Hino and Isuzu engines).
- Equipment (Required): You must possess your own reliable service vehicle and your own professional-grade tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Language & Authorization: Must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.
- References: Must be able to provide professional job references verifying your mechanical experience.

Salary : $52,000 - $72,000
