Your expertise will ensure each vehicle leaves our facility looking better than when it was dropped off!
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior washing and vehicle paint correction to remove dirt, grime, and imperfections, ensuring a great finish
- Utilize automotive buffing and polishing tools, including buffers and orbital machines, to enhance vehicle paintwork and restore shine
- Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and vents using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
- Conduct window tinting applications where applicable, ensuring a professional and even finish that meets quality standards
- Safely operate standard passenger cars with manual transmissions and other vehicles within the auto detailing facility
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the process by following safe work practices and using proper janitorial and custodial procedures
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or vehicles when necessary, adhering strictly to safety guidelines to prevent injury
- Use specialized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure all vehicles meet our high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Experience
- Prior experience in auto detailing or auto wash facilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of vehicle paint correction techniques and automotive buffing tools is a plus
- Familiarity with safe work practices, heavy lifting protocols, and the operation of cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Experience with window tinting or automotive buffers can set you apart as a candidate with advanced skills
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience provides a solid foundation for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our facility
- Valid driving license with experience operating standard passenger cars enhances your suitability for this role
