Job Summary
AutoPlex 2000 is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our fast-paced dynamic sales team. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, nurture relationships and helping drive sales opportunities for our dealership. Your communication, organization, and relationship-building skills will play a vital role in ensuring a world-class customer experience while supporting our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with customers who have shown interest in our vehicles
- Utilize CRM and dealership software tools to track leads, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, and email to provide accurate information and build rapport
- Apply multilingual communication skills to engage with a diverse customer base (a plus but not required)
- Use basic mathematical skills for quoting payments and discussing financing options
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize dealership opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the sales and BDC Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking on the phone and via text/email
- Experience with CRM systems or lead management software preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
