We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Dismantler to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Carefully dismantle vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Remove and document vehicle parts such as engines, transmissions, body panels, electrical components, and accessories for resale or recycling.
- Maintain detailed records of dismantled parts, ensuring proper inventory management and traceability.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs when needed.
- Support quality control checks to ensure that dismantled parts meet safety and quality standards before sale or reuse.
- Ability to clean/picture/wrap parts for warehousing locations.
Requirements
- Must have own tools to complete teardowns of multiple brands of vehicles foreign, domestic and large trucks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including powertrain, electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and diesel engines.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when necessary.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations.
