Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle exterior washing using professional cleaning equipment to achieve a spotless finish.
- Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing to restore shine and remove surface imperfections with automotive buffers and polishing tools.
- Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, windows, and surfaces to create a fresh, like-new environment.
- Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual transmissions, and other automotive vehicles within the auto detailing facility.
- Use proper safety practices when handling cleaning chemicals, equipment, and performing heavy lifting tasks to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the auto detailing facility, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing tools and supplies.
- Assist with additional services such as window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs as needed to enhance vehicle appearance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in auto detailing, car wash operations, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safe work practices.
- Familiarity with automotive buffing, polishing techniques, and vehicle paint correction is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks comfortably.
- Knowledge of vehicle exterior washing procedures and interior detailing processes.
- Experience with driving standard passenger cars or manual transmissions is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of window tinting techniques is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
