Position Overview:

The Automotive Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the automotive dealership or titling department. This role involves handling clerical duties, processing vehicle sales and titling documentation, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The Automotive Administrator plays a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes, which contributes to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:
The Administrator has the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Prepare and process title documents for local and out-of-state vehicle sales.
  • Process purchased vehicle bank payoffs in a timely manner.
  • Working with titling throughout different states.
  • Abide by all applicable state laws and motor vehicle agency guidelines.
  • Keep records and reports up to date.

The Administrator should have the following skills, education and experience:

  • Motivated, organized, and driven professional with the passion to advance his/her career.
  • High level of energy and conviction to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Passion for the business and role he/she will play in a successful organization.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Some lifting (up to 30 lbs.). Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
