Certified Automotive Technician - Starting $30 / hour, Medical w/$500 Deductible

Do you have the knowledge, skills and the tools to diagnose practically any vehicle? At Auto-Lab of Mt. Pleasant, we have the opportunity for someone with automotive experience to work on our customers' vehicles AND we have great benefits including health insurance. We are looking for a superstar and are willing to pay you like a superstar.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have at least 6 state/ASE certifications and the desire to obtain more
• Must have at least 10 years experience working on automobiles
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must not habitually show up late or call in for weird reasons

In this position you will be working on our customer vehicles of all makes and models. In exchange for this we offer you a base hourly rate plus a per flat hour bonus. Our starting wages range from $30 per hour to $40 per hour for flat hour repairs completed, depending on experience. The more experienced you are and the less we have to train you, the higher the starting wage. The more we have to train you, the lower your starting wage.

No weekends (ever). No holidays (ever). No nights (ever). We have health insurance after 90 days! You can insure your family for an additional cost. Our health insurance deductible is only $500. We have direct deposit. We provide uniforms. We pay for holidays after six months. We pay for vacation and PTO time starting after six months; vacation continues to increase as the years go by. Our retirement plan is an 401(k) through Wells Fargo and we will begin a % match after your first year of employment.
