What You'll Do:
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning and prepping surfaces for film installation.
- Accurately measure, cut, and apply paint protection film (PPF) to various vehicle surfaces.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish, with no bubbles, creases, or imperfections.
- Remove and reapply film as needed to correct issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Stay current on new products, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Assist with additional services such as window tinting or vinyl wraps, if applicable.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or window tinting is required.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move vehicles or heavy materials when necessary.
