Auto Glass Kings is seeking an experienced Mobile Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team in Orange County, CA.
As an Auto Glass Kings Technician, you will be the face of the brand in the field, providing high-quality mobile auto glass services for customers who value professionalism, precision, and trust. This role includes windshield, door, quarter, back, and slider glass replacements, ADAS pre-scans and calibrations, vehicle protection and inspections, and professional customer communication from arrival to job completion.
We are building a small, elite team of technicians who take pride in clean installs, zero-defect work, and delivering a 5-star customer experience on every job.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile auto glass installations and replacements
- Complete ADAS pre-scans and calibrations
- Follow installation and safety SOPs exactly
- Perform full pre-inspections with photos and vehicle protection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work truck
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Manage routes efficiently throughout Orange County
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal warranty claims or redos
Requirements
- 4 years of auto glass installation experience (mobile or shop)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfortable using smartphones and dispatch/photo apps
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Coachable attitude and willingness to follow proven systems
