We're growing — and we're looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to help us expand our commercial and fleet partnerships across the Charlotte metro area. This is a front-facing, relationship-building role. You'll be the person who walks into a dealership, a property management office, or an insurance agency and shows them why Auto Glass Experts is the partner they've been looking for.

The Role:
We're growing — and we're looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to help us expand our commercial and fleet partnerships across the Charlotte metro area. This is a front-facing, relationship-building role. You'll be the person who walks into a dealership, a property management office, or an insurance agency and shows them why Auto Glass Experts is the partner they've been looking for.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue B2B partnerships with auto dealerships, fleet managers, property management companies, insurance agents, and corporate accounts
- Build and nurture a pipeline of commercial clients through in-person visits, phone outreach, networking events, and referral development
- Represent the Auto Glass Experts brand with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care
- Work closely with the owner and operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to service
- Track activity and results using our CRM (OmegaEDI) and report on pipeline progress
- Attend local networking events, chamber meetings, and industry functions as a brand ambassador
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets for new commercial accounts
- A natural relationship-builder who leads with integrity, not a hard pitch
- Someone who takes ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Comfortable in front of decision-makers (fleet directors, GMs, office managers)
- Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to results
- Someone who aligns with our values: excellence, honesty, and genuine care for the people we serve
- Familiarity with the Charlotte business community is a strong plus
- 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (required)
- Proven track record of building commercial relationships and closing accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- CRM experience preferred
- Auto glass, automotive, or trades industry background a plus — but not required
