The ideal candidate will be responsible for routinely checking in with current customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and reaching out to potential new customers to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Conduct routine account check-ins to ensure customer needs are being met
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts
- Prospect and reach out to new customers to generate business opportunities
- Present Auto Glass Colorado products, services, and value propositions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Represent Auto Glass Colorado professionally and positively at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, account management, or related experience)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable with phone outreach and face-to-face customer interaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Auto glass industry experience is a plus but not required
