Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, preferences, and project progress.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and maximize value.
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of services, coordinate resources, and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and account management within a SaaS or financial services environment.
