Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator supports the daily operations of the office by:

• Coordinating with drivers and operations staff
• Helping schedule and dispatch vehicle moves
• Completing basic office and customer service tasks

This role includes both office work and driving. You will be driving vehicles about 60% of the time (local moves, service, detail, etc.).

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with drivers about pick-ups and deliveries
• Help assign drivers to trips and confirm delivery details
• Move and deliver vehicles as needed
• Make sure driver paperwork is complete and accurate
• Help with driver payments and loading funds
• Answer phones and route calls
• Update orders in our system accurately and on time
• Support a safe, team-focused work environment
• Other related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Office or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
