Role And Responsibilities
- Accurately process title and registration transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven office environment
- Review, validate, and enter data across internal systems and external platforms
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding documentation requirements, transaction status, and timelines
- Maintain working knowledge of state and local title and registration rules, regulations, and processes
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors, including tag agencies
- Utilize Auto Driveaway’s technology tools and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and transaction completion
- Ensure work is completed correctly, consistently, and in compliance with established processes
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Previous office, administrative, or data-entry experience required
- Experience working in a computer-based office environment with sustained focus and accuracy
- Background or exposure to DMV, titling, registration, automotive, or transportation processes preferred
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment
