Job Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Set appointments and manage follow-up communication with leads
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Generate referral business through strong relationship building
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and perform daily internet lead follow-ups
- Prospect for new customers and educate them on products and incentive programs
- Stay up-to-date on current inventory, technology, and financing programs
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Automotive sales or leadership experience preferred
- Proven sales success or customer-facing experience required
- Subprime financing experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer, phone, and CRM (MS Outlook, Internet) skills
- Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with consistent follow-through and closing ability
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance, great attitude, and strong work ethic
