Duties
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the production area
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to maintain safety standards in production environments
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, handling materials that require strength and proper technique
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste according to safety guidelines
- Follow manufacturing procedures and quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use
- Commitment to following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols at all times
- Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to teamwork and safety compliance
Pay: $24.73 - $29.78 per hour
