What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Business Technical Ops Group Manager position at Auto Club Of Southern Calif?
The Group Manager of Technical Operations leads AI transformation and digital innovation for all CMO teams, serving as the strategic and technical visionary responsible for reimagining how work gets done across business groups. This role goes beyond automation—challenging teams to fundamentally rethink processes, workflows, and capabilities through the lens of AI and emerging technologies.
