What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and resolve mechanical issues
- Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Respond to on-call service needs when required
- Deliver and pick up cleaning and sanitizing products
- Collect payments and follow up to keep accounts current
- Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Negotiate service renewals and pricing adjustments
- Paid, hands-on training to set you up for success
