About The Role
After paid training, you'll service restaurants on an established route, deliver and replenish cleaning products, perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashers, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, build relationships with customers all while driving a company vehicle.
What You’ll Get
- $26-$27/hour, with a typical 45 hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
- Anticipated annual earnings: $70,000–$75,000
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation: Roughly every 10 weeks
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation
- Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
- Career progression: This role is designed to prepare you for promotion of your own assigned route, where first-year earnings typically range from $80,000–$85,000.
- Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
- Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
- Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays 1 floating holiday
