Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Lubbock team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

About The Role

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

What You’ll Get

• $21/hour, with a typical 45 hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation: Once per weekday each month, and one weekend every six weeks.
• Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
• Career progression: This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first-year earnings typically range from $65,000–$70,000.
