Service and Sales Technician - Route Driver

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Technician for our Foxborough location. For over 80 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products. We’re looking for people ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus - Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Valid driver’s license - with a reasonably clean record.
• Customer service & sales mindset – ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.
