Start your career with a company that’s been serving the food service industry for over 85 years. Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Phoenix team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.

About The Role

After paid training, you'll service customers from Everett to the Canadian border, running relief route and service calls. You will be restocking chemical products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and building strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. This position is meant for you to train and eventually get your own set route with your own customers.

What You’ll Get

• Starting wage of $24/hr as a trainee, with a typical 45 hour work week including overtime and on call bonuses.
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 6-8 weeks
