What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a defined territory by developing relationships with restaurant and foodservice operators within a 1.5-hour radius of Philadelphia.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through in-person visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Present Auto-Chlor’s leasing solutions for commercial dishwashing equipment and related products, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s operation.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Conduct daily field activity, including face-to-face meetings with prospective customers, to drive new business development.
- Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
- Stay informed on local market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within the territory.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Base salary: $40,000 annually uncapped commission
- Expected first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$80,000 (based on performance)
- Top performers may earn $90,000–$150,000 annually (base commission)
- Company vehicle provided (fuel, maintenance, and insurance covered)
- Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
- Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
