We are searching for someone who is wired for activity, competition, and growth. Someone who loves meeting people and gets excited about building a book of business from scratch.If you’ve worked in the restaurant/hospitality world, you’ll find that your instincts, pace, and communication style translate well here. Work ethic, attitude, and activity is. We will teach you the rest.What This Role Really Is:This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace M-F, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.In this role, you will:Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.Build a strong prospect pipeline.Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customerWhat You BringHigh-energy, outgoing, and competitive.Comfortable walking into businesses without appointment.Self-motivated and disciplined with time and activity.Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust.Excited about a role where your success is directly tied to your effort.
