What You’ll Do:
- Install commercial dish machines and chemical dispensers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage.
- Deliver chemicals to customer locations.
- Build relationships with customers and resolve service concerns.
- Upsell additional products and service agreements.
- Participate in a limited on-call rotation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude or technical experience.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, or installation preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and team mentality.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transport up to 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- Ability to participate in on-call service rotation.
- Ability to complete background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
