Commercial Installation Technician

This is a fast-paced field-based role with paid training, growth opportunities, and recognition for hard work.

• Competitive pay: $62,000-$69,000 yearly (consisting of hourly pay, overtime, and on-call).

What You’ll Do:

• Install commercial dish machines and chemical dispensers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Train customers on proper equipment and chemical usage.
• Deliver chemicals to customer locations.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Upsell additional products and service agreements.
• Participate in a limited on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude or technical experience.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, or installation preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and transport up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to participate in on-call service rotation.
• Ability to complete background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
