Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager based in Tewksbury, MA. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage team performance, and enforce store compliance with retail and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automotive services.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, retail leadership, or customer service operations
