About the Role

We are looking for a talented, creative, and highly motivated Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time in Kissimmee, Florida.

This is not a position where you will sit behind a desk waiting for someone to tell you what to film.

We want someone who lives and breathes content — someone who sees a product, car, event, or situation and immediately starts thinking about how to turn it into an engaging video.

Our goal is to create high-quality content every day around our automotive products, vehicles, customers, behind-the-scenes operations, car culture, events, and our brand.

You will be responsible for taking content from idea → filming → editing → finished video.

What You'll Be Doing

• Film high-quality automotive and product content on a daily basis
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
• Film product demonstrations, installations, comparisons, before-and-after videos, and educational content
• Create cinematic automotive videos and B-roll
• Edit videos into engaging, fast-paced social media content
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and video ideas
• Follow current social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them to our brand
• Work with our team to showcase products in interesting and entertaining ways
• Capture behind-the-scenes content from our daily operations
• Attend and film car meets, automotive events, shows, and company events
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends when an important event or content opportunity requires it
• Travel when necessary for events, shoots, collaborations, and company activities
• Organize and maintain video footage and content libraries
• Produce content consistently and meet deadlines

Who We're Looking For

We care more about what you can create than what degree you have.

The ideal person:

• Has a strong portfolio of video work
• Has experience filming AND editing
• Understands short-form social media content
• Knows how to capture attention in the first few seconds of a video
• Has a good eye for lighting, composition, camera movement, and storytelling
• Can make products look exciting on camera
• Understands pacing, music, sound design, captions, transitions, and color correction
• Is comfortable working around vehicles and automotive products
• Is creative and constantly brings new ideas to the table
• Can work independently without needing every shot or video concept explained
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Is organized and dependable
• Can turn around content quickly
• Is willing to occasionally work weekends/evenings for car meets and events
• Is available to travel when needed

Automotive enthusiasm is a major plus.

Editing & Production Skills

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut
• Photoshop / Lightroom
• Professional or mirrorless cameras
• Gimbals
• Wireless microphones and professional audio
• Lighting equipment
• Drone filming

Drone experience and an FAA Part 107 certification are a plus, but not required.

What We DON'T Want

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to operate a camera.

We want a content creator and storyteller who understands what makes people stop scrolling and watch.

You should be able to look at one of our products and come up with multiple ways to turn that product into entertaining, educational, or attention-grabbing content.

Schedule

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position in Kissimmee, Florida.

The normal schedule will primarily be during the week; however, flexibility is required.

Some automotive events, car meets, shows, and content opportunities happen during evenings and weekends. You must be comfortable occasionally adjusting your schedule to attend these events.

Travel will also occasionally be required.
