DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A HEAD COACH?

• Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
• Partner with the Office manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to shop floor
• Implementing and holding employees accountable to the Auto Body Team standard
• Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
• Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
• Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
• Assuring all necessary leases, licenses, and permits are current and in place
• Interviewing, selecting, and training of employees
• Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
• Understands business financials and meet financial goals
• Spend time training in each department before taking on Head Coach responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business

• Maintain M-F 7:15 to 5:30 work schedule. Trusted schedule flexibility to honor personal commitments with proven responsibility to lead your team
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body / automotive / dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate.
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
• You must have a valid driver's license
