Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostic work.
- Conduct quality control checks on repairs.
- Perform small mechanical jobs and light-duty repairs as needed.
- Assign jobs to technicians, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide assistance and guidance to technicians.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between technicians and service advisors, ensuring consistent messaging and technical accuracy for our customers
We're looking for a leader who embodies:
- Extensive background as an automotive master technician, with an exceptional aptitude for complex diagnostics.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the skills of a high-performing technical team.
- Superior problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, effectively translating technical information for both technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless customer understanding.
- An unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $28 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Consistent Monday through Friday schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Hourly pay or Salaried pay – promoting a focus on quality and team collaboration.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday.
