Compensation is between $16-$22/hr. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and based off experience and skill level.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Snow Removal (plowing, shoveling, use of various equipment)
- Use of heavy duty equipment and machinery
- Landscaping (mulching, mowing, weeding, cleanup etc.)
- Trash removal
- Painting
- General building maintenance
- Contact and work with vendors as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Reliable
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license is required
Salary : $16 - $22
