Auto Auction of New England, Inc, a family owned business serving New England for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Reconditioning Manager to join our team. This person must be detail orientated, self-motivated, able to multi-task, be a good leader and have a positive attitude.

Auto Auction of New England, Inc, a family owned business serving New England for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Reconditioning Manager to join our team. This person must be detail orientated, self-motivated, able to multi-task, be a good leader and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of auto detailers to ensure work is done efficiently at the quality our customers expect
- Hire, train, discipline team members
- Know how to perform the different level of details and best approaches including decal removals
- Teach best techniques to team members
- Create, process and complete work orders
- Communicate with customers
- Process payroll
- Analyze profit and loss statements of the department
- Maintain and keep all reconditioning equipment in good order
- Complete and update human resource paperwork for team members as needed
- Have safety as a high priority
- Any other auction functions as assigned
- 5 years of reconditioning experience
- Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Able to multi task and work under pressure
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Can-do, positive attitude
