Job Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills. Greet customers entering the building and answer any questions.
- Manage a multi-line phone system. Answer any questions and transfer them to the appropriate extension.
- Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Data entry
- Managing files
- General office support
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients
- Manage outgoing mail and packages for pickup
