What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractor - New Graduates Welcome! position at Auto Accident Injury Care?
Chiropractor – Personal Injury Specialist (Auto Accident Focus)
About Us
We are a tight-knit, patient-focused chiropractic clinic specializing in personal injury recovery, with a primary focus on motor vehicle accident care. In our office, patient health and well-being are the top priorities. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond—not only delivering comprehensive passive modalities and adjustments, but also ensuring our patients feel truly heard, supported, and guided through their post-accident recovery.
While our core volume is auto injury cases, we also welcome wellness and maintenance care patients. We are excited to support a doctor who wants to grow a strong local following and expand our wellness practice alongside our personal injury foundation.
We operate as a true team. We don't believe in rigid job titles or silos—everyone steps in to help where needed, whether that’s assisting with therapy modalities or helping keep office flow seamless. In return, we offer a supportive, positive work environment built on trust, communication, and high autonomy. We hold each other accountable, but we do not micromanage. Once you know the ropes, you will have the trust and freedom to manage your day effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Auto Injury Rehabilitation: Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific collision injuries (e.g., whiplash, acute spinal sprains, soft-tissue trauma), ensuring consistent care through every phase of recovery.
- Adjustments & Modalities: Perform manual adjustments as well as instrument-assisted techniques (e.g., Activator) when clinically appropriate. Work alongside staff to oversee passive physiotherapy modalities—such as percussive therapy and therapeutic ultrasound- and ensure patients receive well-rounded care.
- Wellness Care: Provide high-quality wellness and preventative adjustments to patients seeking ongoing maintenance care.
- Case & Claim Awareness: Maintain clear communication with patients regarding their care plans and let staff know of any concerns they may have regarding their claim. (Our administrative team handles heavy legal/claim navigation, but the doctor remains an empathetic guide for patient questions).
- Documentation & Charge Entry: Maintain efficient clinical notes and complete daily charge entry (selecting CPT codes for treatments provided) during clinic downtime using ChiroTouch. (Our administrative staff handles all insurance submissions and claim billing.)
- Collaborative Mindset: Possess an "all-hands-on-deck" attitude. Step in to assist staff during peak patient hours or short-handed days to ensure continuous patient care.
Experience and Qualifications
Whether you are a recent graduate looking for a supportive team to start your career or an experienced doctor looking for an autonomous practice setting with strong support, we encourage you to apply!
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) Degree: Active state license in good standing (or license pending for new graduates).
- Technique Versatility: Proficient in manual adjustments, with openness to using Activator or lighter force techniques when suitable.
- Experience Level: Open to all experience levels—New Graduates Welcome! Prior experience treating auto accident cases is a plus, but not required. We provide full training on clinic systems, personal injury workflows, and legal documentation.
- Empathetic & Patient-Centered: A genuine, warm personality. You excel at building rapport, actively listening, and making patients feel valued.
- Adaptable & Fast-Paced: Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, manage time productively, and maintain a positive attitude when the clinic gets busy.
- Team-Oriented Leadership: A low-ego leader who leads by example and is happy to lend a helping hand anywhere in the clinic.
