What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician position at Autizum?
What will you do?
As a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Autizum, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing 1:1 support to help them develop essential skills. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior plans, support clients in achieving their goals, and make a meaningful impact in their daily lives. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping others thrive.
Qualifications
Behavior Technician -
Education Requirement: Must have High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Experience working with children of individuals with developmental disabilities, and willingness to undergo training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician if not already.

Must be in the North Carolina area -
Specifics: Cumberland, Chatham, Durham, Orange, and Wake
