We’re hiring a full-time Recruiter to work on-site in our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the ABA field (BT, RBT, or similar) who is ready to grow into talent acquisition. ABA experience is strongly preferred, but RBT certification is not required.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions using job boards, social media, and internal tools
- Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare interview packets and request offer letters
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit)
- Track hiring activity and candidate progress using spreadsheets
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams
- Support general administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding
- Help improve recruiting workflows and ensure an excellent candidate experience
What You Bring
- Experience working in ABA (BT, RBT, or similar role) or prior exposure to autism services
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay highly organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple openings and deadlines
- Tech-friendly mindset (ATS usage, spreadsheets, email communication)
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, working onsite in Fayetteville, NC
