RBT / ABA Technician – Beltsville, MD 20705 (Home & Clinic Options)
Part-Time | In-Home or Clinic-Based | $18.00–$26.00 per hour
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a motivated and compassionate RBT or ABA Technician to support a child in the Beltsville, MD 20705 area. This role requires someone who is comfortable working either in the home or in the clinic, depending on the needs of the family and clinical team.
We are coordinating scheduling with the family, and the confirmed shift will be one of the following options:
- 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM–6:00 PM
- 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Role Details
- Service Area: Beltsville, MD 20705
- Setting: May include in-home and/or clinic-based sessions
- Schedule: One consistent shift (4–8 PM, 1–6 PM, or 9–2 PM)
- Hours: Part-time (under 30 hours/week)
- Reports To: BCBA
- Pay Range:
- BT: $18–$21/hr
- RBT: $21–$26/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home and/or clinic setting
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data using electronic tools to track progress
- Assist the child in building communication, play, social, and functional skills
- Maintain clear and timely communication with families and the clinical team
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoys working directly with children
- Comfortable working in both home and clinic environments
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to follow clinical guidance
- Consistent and reliable for the assigned shift
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Beltsville 20705
- Willingness to work in home and/or clinic settings
- Ability to complete training and pass background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
