Part-Time | Community-Based | $21–$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced RBT to provide ABA services for a child in the Hampton, VA area. This is a part-time, after-school schedule working directly with the client in their community setting.

- Location: Hampton, VA
- Setting: Community-based (not clinic)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Status: Part-time
- Compensation: $21–$26/hr, depending on experience
- Certification: Active RBT required
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a community setting
- Implement individualized treatment goals created by a supervising BCBA
- Support communication, behavior skills, social interactions, and independence
- Record accurate session and behavior data
- Maintain consistent communication with the supervising BCBA
- Ensure safety and positive engagement throughout each session

- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience as an RBT (required)
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication
- Comfortable working independently in a community environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during sessions
- Must be able to work the full 3–6 PM, M–F schedule
