Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At Autism Center of Excellence, our BCBAs play a critical role in helping children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills through evidence-based ABA services. We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinic team and support students and families through high-quality, ethical care.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze progress and adjust clinical programs
- Collaborate with families and provide parent training
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Schedule & Setting
- Full-time, salaried position
- Monday through Friday
- Onsite clinic environment
Compensation
- Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000
- Performance bonus available for exceeding billable expectations
- 27 billable hours per week model
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
