Location: Colonial Heights, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (Monthly On-Site Required)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights clinic in a hybrid capacity. This role blends remote clinical work with scheduled on-site support, giving you flexibility while maintaining meaningful collaboration with our clinic team.
The BCBA must be willing to obtain a Virginia LBA and be able to come on-site at least once per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site clinical supervision for ABA services
- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
- Review session data, documentation, and treatment integrity
- Support clinical quality, ethics, and payer compliance
- Participate in monthly on-site clinic visits
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams
Schedule & Work Model
- Full-time
- Hybrid arrangement (remote clinical work monthly on-site visits)
- On-site presence required at the Colonial Heights clinic
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Willingness to obtain Virginia LBA
- Experience supervising RBTs or managing ABA caseloads
- Strong clinical documentation and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
