Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our Colonial Heights clinic team. We are hiring multiple team members and looking for dependable, motivated candidates who enjoy working with children.
No prior ABA experience is required—paid training is provided. RBT-certified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be compensated at a higher rate.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Full-time clinic-based schedule
No evenings or weekends
What You’ll Do
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
Maintain accurate and professional session documentation

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children preferred
Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
Reliable transportation required
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to pass required background checks
