BCBA – Clinical Lead / Assistant Clinical Director | Columbia, MD
Full-Time | In-Clinic | $120,000–$140,000 per year (including incentives)
We’re hiring an experienced BCBA to serve as a Clinical Lead / Assistant Clinical Director at Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE). This full-time, clinic-based leadership role supports high-quality ABA services, team mentorship, and overall clinical operations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Coach and mentor clinical team members to support growth and performance
- Monitor caseload quality, treatment integrity, and clinical productivity
- Review behavior data and adjust programming to ensure measurable progress
- Support onboarding, staff training, and clinic-wide improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
- Promote caregiver engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland LBA (or eligibility prior to start)
- 3–5 years of BCBA experience, including supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA services
