Full-Time | In-Clinic Leadership Role | $110,000–$130,000 per year (base incentives)
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into an Assistant Clinical Director role at our Richmond clinic. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leading teams, supporting clinical quality, and contributing to operational stability while still maintaining a clinical caseload.
You’ll play an important part in shaping the clinic’s culture, supporting clinicians, and ensuring exceptional services for the families we serve.
Position Summary
- Location: Richmond, VA
- Setting: 100% in-clinic
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year
(Includes base salary performance incentives)
- Reports To: Clinical Director & Regional Leadership
What You’ll DoClinical Leadership & Support
- Assist with clinic-wide supervision, treatment integrity, and quality assurance
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
- Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and professional development activities
- Support new hire onboarding and clinical skill development
Clinical Service Delivery
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Oversee client progress, adjust programming based on data, and ensure ethical standards
- Deliver caregiver training and maintain strong family communication
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with Medicaid and BACB standards
Operational & Team Collaboration
- Partner with leadership on scheduling, staffing, and workflow planning
- Contribute to a positive, organized, team-centered clinic culture
- Support communication between clinical and administrative teams
- Serve as an escalation point for clinical and client-related concerns
QualificationsRequired
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible for or currently holding Virginia LBA
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills
- Strong communication, organization, and professional judgment
Preferred
- 3 years of BCBA experience
- Previous supervisory or assistant-director level responsibilities
- Experience in clinic-based ABA settings
