- : Autism Wellbeing is dedicated to providing high-quality support services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We seek a reliable and professional Direct Acuity Specialist (DAS) to provide caring and structured support to an autistic adult male. Our ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive and engaging environment that promotes independence, learning, a family approach, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide direct support and assistance to the client with daily living activities and personal care.
· Create and implement structured routines and activities that engage and motivate the client.
· Build and maintain a trusting and respectful relationship with the client, ensuring person-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities and Acuities is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor.
- a minimum requirement of at least one to 2 shift per month to support continuity of care.
- Must meet annual training requirements as mandated by the company.
