Office Admin for ABA Therapy Clinic
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, detail oriented, office admin, to work in an exciting growing ABA clinic. Autism Therapy Solutions is a local growing ABA home therapy and clinic operating in the Skokie IL. We pride ourselves on offering excellent services to our clients, where we go above and beyond expectations. Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the President of the company directly assisting on daily operations
- Assist the front desk as necessary
- Manage the patient reponsibilty of copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
- Light scheduling
- Marketing startegy and implementation
- Reach out to referral sources, providers and others.
- Manage email campaingns
- Work on grant projects
- Onboard new staff, get and file all necessary paperwork and forms
- Manage new parent intake forms and other paperwork
- Have experience, or have an aptitude to learn, Rethink admin and billing systems
- Support the billing reporting to the billers
- Audits and follows up on therapist and staff conversions of sessions
- Assists as necessary in following up on insurance authorizations
- Support BCBA’s and therapists on creating visuals and materials
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of facility
Requirements

· Willing and able to learn Central Reach software
· Experience with excel, word, google office.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Adaptable and flexible
· College degree is a plus
· High School degree is required
