JOB SUMMARY
Voice and Face of the practice. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service; greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling appointments, changing client’s diapers under the RBT and BCBA supervision. and maintaining front desk operations.
Key Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Greet clients and families upon arrival
- Check the information on file
- Maintain clean the clinic and reception area. Check client’s diapers when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones, check email, and follow up with insurance companies
- Track client statistics and provide reporting
- Schedule and confirm clients
- Verify Insurance and check clients eligibility & copays for ABA services
- Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual (Spanish /English)
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and written in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure if necessary.
- Proficiency with computer use and social media experience.
- Ability to follow directions with high attention to detail, and organization skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable and punctual

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 2 years (Required)
